Privacy policy
What we collect
An email address if you subscribe to the free picks list, create an account, or buy the card. Purchase and subscription records (what you bought and when). Anonymous, aggregate usage analytics (page views, no advertising profiles).
We do not collect betting activity, bankroll information, or anything from your sportsbook accounts. We never sell personal data.
Who processes it
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card numbers. Transactional and list email is sent through Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel, and purchase records live in a Neon Postgres database. Each processor only receives what it needs to do its job.
The free picks list sends one email a week plus a welcome note. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, honored immediately. Transactional email (receipts, access links, guarantee credits) is sent only when triggered by your account.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from email anytime, cancel your subscription from the account page, and request deletion of your data by emailing picks@first-touchdown.com. We keep purchase records as long as needed for accounting and the public guarantee, then delete on request where the law allows.
