What this is
First Six Labs (first-touchdown.com) publishes statistical research and opinions about NFL first touchdown scorer markets. Our picks are model outputs and editorial opinion: they are information, not financial advice, and no outcome is ever guaranteed. Sports betting involves risk, and you alone are responsible for any wagers you place.
You must be 21 or older (or the legal betting age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the paid product, and you are responsible for complying with the laws where you live. We are not a sportsbook, we accept no wagers, and we are not affiliated with the NFL or any sportsbook.
The subscription
The weekly card is sold as a $10 per week recurring subscription through Stripe. While your subscription is active, every weekly card is unlocked for your email. Cards are published Thursday mornings once the week's odds settle.
You can cancel anytime from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Prices may change with notice; an active subscription is never repriced mid-period.
The guarantee and refunds
If a week's card finishes negative units on our public graded record, the next week is on us: subscribers are credited automatically, with nothing to claim. The record page is graded automatically from official play-by-play every Tuesday and is the sole reference for this guarantee.
Beyond the guarantee, payments for cards already published are generally non-refundable, because the product (the picks) is delivered in full the moment you view it. If something went wrong with billing or access, email picks@first-touchdown.com and we will sort it quickly and fairly.
Your content and conduct
Paid picks are for your personal use. Republishing, reselling or systematically sharing the card is not permitted.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent the paywall, or resell content. Where reasonable we will warn first.
The boring but important bits
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept it. Effective date: October 5, 2026.
